Fill out the application form enclosed in the pack and submit it along with any one of the following documents as a proof of your identity and address:
         
  1. Ration card (copy).
  2. 2 personal photos.
  3. Personal identification card (copy).
  4. National identity card (copy).
  5. Residence card.
  6. City council residence confirmation.
           
    - What are the available denominations of recharge vouchers?
          Answer:
          You can choose a recharge voucher from as low as $5 click to view the Prepaid Cards
           
    - How do I check the balance left on my card?
          Answer:
